Refund Policy | Seedance 3

Seedance 3 sells subscriptions and credit packs that pay for text-to-video, image-to-video, and start-frame image generation. If a purchase is not working out for you, the rules below set out when we are able to return your money.

Refund Eligibility

Approval requires both of the following to be true:

• Your request reaches us within 7 days of the first purchase or the first subscription charge.
• Paid features on the account have not been materially used, meaning purchased credits have not gone toward a meaningful number of video or image renders.

How to Request a Refund

Write to support@seedance-3.video and give us:

• The email address you sign in with
• The order or receipt ID, when you have it
• Optionally, a short note about why you want the refund

Processing Time

Once approved, the refund goes back to the card or other payment method you paid with. Your bank or card issuer will typically need 5-10 business days before it shows up.

Non-Refundable Cases

We generally cannot refund:

• Accounts with heavy paid usage, such as a large volume of consumed credits or many rendered clips
• Subscription renewals when the request comes in after the 7-day window
• One-time credit packs, except where a refund is required by law
• Accounts that breach the Terms of Service or exploit the refund process

Subscription Cancellation

Cancel whenever you like and your plan will not renew. Cancelling halts charges from that point on; payments already collected are not refunded simply because you cancelled.

Chargebacks

Before you dispute a charge with your bank, please email support so we can try to resolve the billing problem with you directly. An account may be restricted while an unresolved chargeback is under review.

Statutory Rights

Consumer rights that applicable law makes mandatory stay fully available to you, and this policy does not reduce them.
